Creates a siege camp for the duration of a castle assault. The camp allows you to restore HP and MP faster. Upon death, the character respawns in it. Requires 300 C-grade Gemstones.
Description
Build Headquarters is an active siege skill for establishing a clan headquarters. Allows you to build a headquarters (Siege Flag) during a siege.
Consumption when using: 30 MP and 300 units 
Gemstone C. Cast time: 4 seconds, fixed. Cooldown: 30 minutes, fixed.
Used only in the Siege Zone, the HQ serves as a respawn and support point for the clan.
