Description
Boost Attack Speed is a passive skill that increases the character's physical attack speed. The bonus is applied multiplicatively to the base value.
Effect by levels:
- Level 1: +5% attack speed
- Level 2: +7% attack speed
- Level 3: +10% attack speed
