Blessing of Sagittarius — active BUFF / OP_ACTIVE on yourself (TARGET_SELF). A long-lasting buff for 1200 seconds that increases the cooldown of physical abilities by a multiplier; hit time 2 seconds, cooldown 6 seconds.
 
Effect by level: P. Reuse (physical cooldown): ×0.9 → ×0.7 (-10% → -30%) (multiplier to pReuse, see table #pReuse; the lower the multiplier, the shorter the cooldown of physical skills). MP: 27 → 34 (see #mpConsume). StackOrder: 2 → 6, stackType reuse_delay_down (see #stackOrder).
