Bless Shield skill

Bless Shield is an active magic ability (BUFF / OP_ACTIVE), targeting a single target (TARGET_ONE). It applies a buff that increases the chance of a successful shield block: the mechanics are mul rShld (multiplied by the shield block probability parameter) according to the #rShld table. The effect functions as a positive status with stackType=shield_prob_up.
 
Effect by level: rShld: ×1.30 → ×1.80 (mul, table #rShld). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 7 → 13, mpConsume 28 → 52 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume). AggroPoints: 379 → 635 (table #aggro).
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 6000 ms, cast 4000 ms, cast range 400, effect radius 900. Base effect duration is 1200 sec, stackOrder 1 → 6 (table #stackOrder).
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Time — increases the buff duration: 1240 → 2400 sec (table #ench1time), fixing the rShld ×1.8 multiplier, magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost — reduces MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 12 → 6, mpConsume 51 → 26 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
