Blazing Circle is an active magic skill (MDAM / OP_ACTIVE) targeting an aura around the caster (TARGET_AURA) with a radius of 200. Deals massive fire-elemental magic damage (element=2) to all targets in the area around the caster; does not impose a direct effect or debuff.
 
Effect by level: Power (magic damage): 29 → 64 (see level table). magicLvl: 38 → 74. Mana consumption: mpInitialConsume: 10 → 21, mpConsume: 40 → 82 (see level tables). Damage is calculated directly from power.
 
Additional: reuseDelay 15000 ms, hitTime 4000 ms, skillRadius 200.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Power - Increases damage (power: 65 → 77) and sets magicLvl: 76 → 85.
• Enchant Cost - Increases magicLvl: 76 → 85 and decreases mana consumption (mpConsume: 80 → 47, mpInitialConsume: 20 → 11).
