Banish Undead skill
Banish Undead is an active crowd control spell targeting undead (FEAR / OP_ACTIVE), targeting only undead. It frightens undead and causes them to scatter, and has a chance to cause a lethal effect. It requires a consumable and provides significant aggro when used.
Effect by level: Base chance to pass (Power / land rate): 30% (fixed; base value). MP consumption: 50 → 68 (see table by level). Item consumption: itemConsumeId 1785 (Soul Ore), quantity: 5 → 10 (see table by level). Magic Level: 55 → 74 (see table by level). Aggro Points: 532 → 655 (see table by level). Lethal2: 20% (fixed). For-mechanics: Fear — fear for 6 sec, repeats 5 times (count=5, time=6; no mul/add/sub/div to stats).
Parameters: target TARGET_UNDEAD, radius 150, cast time 2.0 sec, cooldown 20 sec, isDebuff=true.

- Enchant 1: MP Consume: 66 → 34 (see enchant table), magicLvl: 76 → 85.
- Enchant 2: Power (chance): 30 → 50 (see enchant table), magicLvl: 76 → 85.
