Description
Assassination — passive BUFF (OP_PASSIVE), target: self. Provides a fixed bonus to physical attack with a dagger only, plus slightly increases the chance of blow skills working (general multiplier to blowRate).
Effect: P. Atk: +70 (add to stat=pAtk; using kind=DAGGER). Blow Rate: ×1.03 (+3%), (mul to stat=blowRate).
