Description
Arcane Roar is a passive BUFF (OP_PASSIVE) targeting self. It continuously increases base magical power and provides minor protection against all four elements (fire/wind/water/earth) with no restrictions or weapon limitations.
Effect: Fire Res: +5 (add to stat=fireRes). Wind Res: +5 (add to stat=windRes). Water Res: +5 (add to stat=waterRes). Earth Res: +5 (add to stat=earthRes). M. Atk: ×1.03 (+3%) (mul to stat=mAtk).
