Aqua Splash skill

Aqua Splash is an active magic spell (MDAM / OP_ACTIVE) targeting an area (TARGET_AREA, radius 200, cast range 500, effect radius 1000). It deals area-of-effect magic damage with water (element=3); the base mechanics are power from the #power table (op=add to the magic damage formula) with a level dependency, with a corresponding magicLvl from #magicLvl. There are no direct for-effects (debuffs/buffs) – pure AoE damage.
 
Effect by level: Power: +41 → +54 (table #power). magicLvl: 58 → 74 (table #magicLvl). MP consumption: mpInitialConsume 16 → 21, mpConsume 64 → 82 (tables #mpInitialConsume / #mpConsume).
 
Parameters: reuseDelay 20000 ms, cast 5000 ms, range 500, damage radius 200, effect radius 1000. A mass skill without secondary effects, focused on stable AoE damage to a group of targets.
 
Sharpening:

• Enchant Power: increases damage - Power 54 → 64 (table #ench1Power), magicLvl 76 → 85 (table #enchantMagicLvl).
• Enchant Cost: Decreases MP consumption - mpInitialConsume 20 → 11, mpConsume 80 → 47 (tables #ench2mpInitialConsume / #ench2MpConsume), magicLvl 76 → 85.
