Completely paralyzes the enemy. A paralyzed enemy cannot be paralyzed again.
Description
Anchor is an active magic skill (PARALYZE / OP_ACTIVE), targeting one target (TARGET_ONE). It inflicts paralysis for 30 seconds (count=1, time=30); the base power/chance of the effect is set to power=20 and depends on the level (lvlDepend=1).
Effect by level: magicLvl: 40 → 74 (see level table). Mana cost: mpInitialConsume: 8 → 14, mpConsume: 31 → 55 (see level tables). Mechanics from forOps: Paralyze effect is fixed, the state is applied for 30 seconds.
Additional: reuseDelay 120000 ms, hitTime 4000 ms, castRange 400, effectRange 900.
Sharpening:
- Enchant Power — increases power according to the table 20 → 25 and sets magicLvl according to the table 76 → 85.
- Enchant Cost — sets magicLvl 76 → 85 and reduces mana consumption: mpConsume 54 → 40, mpInitialConsume 13 → 10 (see enchantment tables).
