Increases accuracy and movement speed when wearing light armor.
Description
Agile Movement (ID 319) is a passive skill (BUFF / OP_PASSIVE) that targets self. Grants mobility and accuracy bonuses only when wearing light armor (LIGHT); it works by adding to the stats in the level tables.
Effect by level: Run Speed: from +5 → +10 (see the #Speed table, this is not a percentage). Accuracy (accCombat): from +2 → +3 (see the #Accuracy table, this is also a flat value, not a percentage).
