Trampled Man
More than one unfortunate soul has risen from the cursed land of the Hellmann Forest—and this Trampled Man wanders among the gloomy trees, bearing the mark of that same ancient tragedy. Crushed by fate and ill will, he drags out his afterlife in silent torment, neither seeking quarrel with the living nor attacking travelers. The forest seems to mourn him with the lips of its rustling leaves, remembering what happened here.
The purifying flames of fire are destructive to his withered flesh, granting him deliverance from his eternal wandering. His remains contain the Thread, as well as the Greater Herb of Life and the Greater Herb of Mana, and anyone who follows the path of the Tragedy in von Hellmann Forest quest will find in this sad creature yet another clue leading to the solution of an ancient grief.
