Silent Seeker
The vow of silence that gave the monastery its name was so sacred to some of its inhabitants that even in death they remained silent. The Silent Seeker glides through the halls of the Monastery of Silence, a silent shadow in angelic guise, forever searching for something lost in the labyrinths of Innadril. His meekness is deceptive: he greets strangers with fury, and only the magic of darkness can extinguish the unquenchable light that drives his quest.
In the folds of his robes are found the Silver Nugget and the monastic threads—Thread and Metallic Thread, the poor heirloom of those who have renounced worldly goods. Seekers sworn to become Guardians of the Holy Grail often cross swords with this silent guardian, for his path leads to the very heart of the monastery's secret.
