The environs of Elven Village and the sacred groves of Elven Forest are swarming with small Rakeclaw Imps—spawn of darkness that have infiltrated the sacred lands of the elves. These nimble fey creatures do not attack first, but swarm in swarms, and woe to anyone caught among them, for their numbers make up for their lack of strength. Swift and light, they suffer from gusts of wind that knock them off their feet and disrupt their magical machinations.
The quest "Invaders of the Holy Land" calls for clearing the grove of these outsiders, and each demon slain brings the hunter closer to the reward. Their bodies yield Greater Herb of Life and Greater Herb of Mana, a small but welcome aid for the aspiring wanderer.
