Exterminate the Utuku orcs and take from them 
Chrysolite OreWhile you're at it, collect the four map fragments and bring them to Maphr Priestess. Chichirin, so she can put the map together, then hand the finished map over to Elder Filaur. You need to hunt for Utuku Orc и Utuku Orc Grunt in Frozen Valley, and on Utuku Orc Archer — in the Western Mining Zone.
