Please note:
The minimum level to complete the quest is 21, and can be completed by any race. After completing the quest, we will receive a reward in the form of 
Scroll: Enchant Armor (D-grade). The quest is very simple and can be completed fairly quickly, and cannot be repeated.
Seed of Evil Quest to Get EAD: Completion
1. Quest Seed of Evil starts in the starting village Talking Island Village. In the temple we talk to the NPC High Priest Biotin.
2. Let's go to the dungeon Elven Ruins. Our task is to find and destroy the quest monster. Nerkas.
After the murder we get 
Clay Tablet.
3. Return to the starting NPC High Priest biotin, we complete the quest and receive our reward Scroll: Enchant Armor (D-grade).
