The minimum level to complete the quest is 5. It can be completed for any race. Upon completion of the quest, we will receive a reward in the form of Buckler. The quest is very simple and is completed quite quickly, it cannot be repeated.

1. Quest Recover Smuggled Goods to get No-grade shield starts in the starting village Talking Island Village. In the warehouse, talk to the NPC Warehouse Keeper Wilford.

2. In the vicinity of the village (according to the sign on the map) we find monsters Giant Toad. We hunt them until we collect them. 20 Adamantite Ore.

3. Return to the starting NPC Warehouse Keeper Wilford. We complete the quest and receive a reward in the form of Buckler.
