The minimum level to complete the quest is 2, you can complete it with any race. After completing the quest, we will receive a reward in the form of 
Ring of Knowledge, and 600 EXP. The quest is very simple and is completed fairly quickly, cannot be repeated.
Deliver Goods Quest for No Grade Jewelry: Completion
1. Quest Deliver Goods on No-grade jewelry starts in the starting village Talking Island Village. At the south-eastern exit from the city we talk to the NPC Guard Arnold - we get 
Heavy Wood Box, 
Delivery List, 
Cloth Bundle, 
Clay Pot.
We need to distribute the received items throughout the city.
2. We are heading to Grocery Store, talk to NPC Trader Silvia - we get 
Silvia's Recipe.
3. Let's run to Weapons and Armor Shop, talk to NPC Trader Jackson - we get 
Jackson's Recipe.
4. And the last one is in the warehouse. Talk to the NPC Warehouse Keeper Rant - we get 
Rant's Recipe.
5. Return to the starting NPC Guard Arnold and we receive our reward in the form of Ring of Knowledge, as well as 600 XP
