It is possible to insert SA (Special Ability) into a weapon starting from C-grade. We are offered three different SA for insertion, but we can insert only one into a weapon. You can find out what options for inserting SA are available in a weapon by clicking on the weapon, by clicking on it, at the very bottom it will say: “When installing an SA crystal, a bonus will appear” and a list of possible bonuses.

 

To insert SA, you need to contact the chief blacksmith in the forge of any city, except for the starting villages. To insert, you need a weapon, gemstone of the corresponding grade, as well as the crystal itself Red Soul Crystal of the appropriate level and color.

In the forge you can insert CA up to level 10, CA from level 11 to 13 can be inserted only at Blacksmith of Mammon. That is, CA can be inserted into C/B-grade weapons in the city, but into A/S-grade weapons only at Mammon. You can also get CA from weapons at the same NPCs, but the crystal is not saved.

 

You can buy CA from level 7 to 10 in Town of Giran в Luxury Shop at NPC Trader Alexandria.

 

 

CA up to level 5 and CA above level 10 can only be obtained by completing the quest Enhance Your Weapon. However, it is impossible to insert CA below level 5 anywhere, since to insert it into a low C-grade weapon, you need CA level 5, and below that, it will be D-grade, and you cannot insert CA into it.

Quest Enhance Your Weapon: how to sharpen SA in Lineage 2?

The process of pumping SA in Lineage 2

 

In order to pump up SA, you need to press the crystal during the fight with monsters. It is most convenient to take out its skill panel and press from there.

 

Please note:
There should only be one crystal in your inventory if you have more than one. Soul Crystal, then none of the crystals will be upgraded. The same applies if you are in a group, it is very important that each group member has only one Soul Crystal.

 

It is not necessary to use the crystal on the monster all the time while you are beating it, it is enough to use the crystal once when the monster's HP drops below 15%.

 

 

After killing the monster, look at the system chat, there may be three message options:

 

• the soul crystal could not absorb the soul (i.e. the crystal did not swing)
• the crystal absorbed the soul (i.e. the crystal level increased by 1)
• the crystal couldn't withstand the filling of the soul and collapsed (yes, the crystal broke and you need to go get a new one)

 

Thus, we can pump SA from level 1 to 10. However, the most popular crystals, as you guessed, are level 11-13.

 

Where to download SA 11-13 level?

 

Further pumping of SA is available only on regular and epic raid bosses. Fortunately, if your SA is level 10 and above, it can no longer break, but the pumping rules remain the same, only one crystal in the bag. Also, we no longer have to use it on RB, it is enough that we just have it in our inventory.

To increase the crystal level from 10 to 12, you need to use it on raid bosses:

You can also upgrade the crystal from level 10 to 12 on Dino Island on Tyrannosaurus monsters.
