Critical Damage Multiplier Limiter. Prevents extreme combos.
* Limit (Accuracy/ MAccuracy/ Evasion/ MEvasion) = 300
Accuracy/evasion ceilings (physical and magical). Needed so that even with all buffs you can't get a "permanent miss"/"permanent hit".
* LimitMove = 300
Run Speed Limit. Will not allow you to accelerate "like a rocket" from buffs/effects.
* LimitFame = 3000000
Upper limit of fame points.
