A terrifying creature of the Forsaken Plains, created by magic rather than nature. These creatures are a race of Magical Creatures and were summoned by ancient spells meant to guard the forbidden territories from intruders.
Their appearance combines the features of a winged demon and a swamp predator: leathery wings allow them to glide silently over the swamps, and powerful claws tear flesh and armor. The Marsh Stalker is a patient hunter who hides in the fog for long periods of time, watching his prey, and attacks only when the outcome of the fight is already decided.
Legends of the Forsaken Plains say that the first Marsh Stalkers were born after one of the magical towers that stood at the edge of the marshes collapsed, sending waves of twisted energy into the air and land. This energy gave birth to new guardians, loyal only to the magical seal that holds back an ancient evil. Anyone who disturbs the silence of the marshes risks falling into their clutches.
To find it you need to make a teleport from Town of Aden to Forsaken Plains. The monster is not aggressive, it goes through quests Audience with the Land Dragon.
