To find it, you need to teleport from Town of Dion to Cruma Marshlands. You can also teleport from Town of Dion to Cruma Tower, but do not go inside the tower. This monster will spoil the recipe for the blacksmith's preparation 
Recipe: Blacksmith's Frame. The monster is not aggressive.
