In the damp, dim light of dungeons and abandoned mines, green fungus thrive—giant mushrooms whose fleshy caps shimmer dully in the darkness. They are motionless and harmless, leaving anyone passing by unharmed, but their moisture-soaked flesh instantly ignites and shrinks at the touch of fire, against which these plants have no defense.
Stem and grains of Iron Ore, deposited in the roots, are harvested from their fibrous bodies, and a damp scroll of Recipe: Leather Tunic is occasionally found inside. Harvesters on the Trade with the Ivory Tower mission readily harvest these mushrooms, as the tower's mages pay generously for their parts, which are used for secret experiments.
