Forgotten Victim

In the shadowy halls of the Forbidden Gateway, where the prayers of the fallen order once rose, wander those whom Triol's fanatics sacrificed to their dark idol. The Forgotten Victim remembers neither their name nor the faith for which they died—only the cold malice of dead flesh draws them through the temple's crumbling halls. A disturbed wanderer often finds a Mithril Arrow and grains of Coal among the decayed remains, the last meager trace of a past life.

This forgotten soul does not seek battle first and only troubles those who dare intrude upon its sorrowful resting place. However, anyone who serves the light knows its weakness: the sacred power of the Sacred dispels the corrupted undead like a morning ray dispels the darkness of night. Seekers of the Holy Grail, treading the path of the "Seekers of the Holy Grail," encounter such creatures at every turn, for only through decay and damnation lies the path to the lost shrine.
