Evil Spirit Tempest
The Evil Spirit Tempest is fury made flesh of wind and malice, a demonic storm that bursts from the depths of the nether worlds to swirl above the devastated plains. Its roar is like the howl of a hurricane, and its movements are so swift that the air around it distorts and rings. It does not lash out at everyone it encounters, but those who awaken its wrath will know the full power of elemental hatred, merciless and tireless.
This demon is rare and therefore legendary—only a few hunters can boast of having witnessed its vortex dissipate. From its essence are harvested the Light Crossbow Shaft and a piece of Assault Boots, as if the storm itself leaves fragments of enemy armor on the ground. A fortunate warrior can also find a Blessed Scroll: Enchant Armor (C), a blessing forged in the crucible of its fall. Slaying it is an honor granted only to a united band of warriors.
