A living stone guardian created by the ancient mages of Ivory Tower to guard the tower's forbidden knowledge and treasures. Carved from black obsidian and animated by a fusion of elemental magic and dark sorcery, this monster combines the stillness of stone with the power of arcana.
Enchanted Gargoyles were originally passive guardians, frozen on the ledges of the tower, but over time, some of them acquired a primitive consciousness - filled with malice towards those who disturb the peace of the tower. They became not just guards, but hunters, mercilessly pursuing trespassers and intruders.
Rocky debris can be torn from their wings, shields can be shattered by their paw strikes, and the magical energy within can be released in destructive bursts. To encounter an Enchanted Gargoyle is to challenge the very magic of the Ivory Tower, the magic that has been long forgotten… but still powerful.
To find it, you need to teleport from Town of Oren to Ivory Tower, then exit the tower and go down into the crater. The monster is not aggressive, it goes through the quests Song of the Hunter, Trial of the Scholar.
