Doom Soldier
In dark dungeons and cursed ruins, the Doom Soldier stands eternal vigil—a fallen warrior raised by dark magic to eternally guard the place of his death. Deprived of both will and peace, he lashes out at any living thing that crosses the threshold of his domain, driven only by the same malevolent will that once tore him from the grave.
As befits the undead, this warrior weakens under the light of holy magic—Sacred enchantments shatter the curses that restrain him, exposing his decayed flesh for the decisive blow. Among his remains are skeins of Thread and the healing Greater Herb of Life, and wanderers who take up the Spirit of Craftsman's cause deliberately seek out such guardians to wrest from their grasp the tools they need for their craft.
