A cursed seer hovers over the Floran plains—the Cursed Seer, a magical being in whom the faded mind of a once-wise seer has merged with the dark currents of this land's sorcery. Driven mad by the curse, he knows no rest, lashing out at the living with a fury born of his endless torment and envy of those who still breathe.
The seer's ghostly essence is vulnerable to the force of the wind, capable of scattering it to pieces. Bone Arrows and the healing herbs Greater Herb of Life and Greater Herb of Mana are found in the shattered village. Resting this tormented spirit is part of the quest "Aiding the Floran Village," and it is as much mercy as it is necessity, for the cursed seer sows only corruption around him.
