This creature doesn't seek conflict and shuns strangers to the last, but those who disturb its lair quickly realize why local prospectors avoid these crevices.

Those few brave souls who manage to defeat Apepi take home a rare Greater Dye of DEX, which enhances a warrior's agility, and sometimes even a Blessed Scroll: Enchant Armor (D)—a blessing prized by aspiring adventurers. The Tarbar Head itself, taken from the slain beast, serves as a silent reminder of the primordial power slumbering beneath the stones.
